Dear Students,
Compliance with the below requests will ensure improved efficiency and our prompt attention can be given to emergency or critical situations/needs.
When you send in your "completion notice" for a course, we forward your message to the Professor and TA so they can finish grading your remaining assignments and send us your final gradesheet. We do not reply to your message stating that we received it.
1. PLEASE do not e-mail us asking whether we received your completion notice. Our silence does not indicate lack of receipt.
The average turnaround time to receive your final grade is 2 weeks from when you sent your completion notice. However, at times, it can take up to 1 month.
2. PLEASE do not e-mail us asking about your gradesheet UNLESS it has been a month or longer sent you sent in your completion notice.
If all of your assignments are graded except for your forum posts, it simply means the TA has not had time to grade your forum posts.
3. PLEASE do not e-mail us asking to check if you did all of your forum posts. It is the student's responsibility to verify that they have done all of the required work. A previous post in the forum has a file attached that details step-by-step how a student can check all of their work.
Thank you for your attention to this matter as we try to serve you in the most efficient manner possible. |

You can also access your profile page by clicking the “Profile” link located under the Administration heading on the left hand portion of your browser window.
4. Once you are on your profile page, you will see the following tabs: Profile, Edit Profile, Forums Posts, Blog, and Activity Reports. Click the Activity Reports tab.
5. You will see a list of forum posts you have made for your course. Review these to make sure you have fulfilled the course requirement.
How to check to see if you have successfully uploaded an exam/assignment:
1. Log into Moodle as you normally would
2. Go to your course home page
3. On the left hand part of your browser window, you will see a link that says “Assignments” under the Activities heading. Click the “Assignments” link.
4. You will see a page with a list of assignments for the course. Click on the assignment you want to check. **PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS ONLY APPLIES TO ASSIGNMENTS THAT ARE UPLOADED AND NOT EXAMS TAKEN WITHIN THE MOODLE CLASSROOM**
5. You will see a heading on the page called Submission. If you see your filename listed under this heading, then you have successfully submitted your exam/assignment. If you have not properly uploaded your assignment/exam, you will see the following message: “No files submitted yet.” You will need to upload your file.

Students,
Please exercise wisdom and DO NOT discuss exam content or formats in the course forums.
If you have a question about an upcoming exam format, feel free to send your course TA a private email and ask.
If you are caught discussing exam content or formats in the forums, your posting will be removed by your course TA and you will not receive credit for that posting. |
